My fund already has a website, why should I spend more money?
An excellent question that should be followed by "how well is your web site meeting your funds' or corporation's objectives," or to put it another way, how happy are you with the level of effort you current must spend to keep members and employees informed? If the answer to this question is not satisfying or you don't know, consider contacting us for a free cost/benefit analysis of improving your current website.
Our benefits administration system has a web module included - why would I consider a custom site?
Most out of the box, boilerplate benefits websites are not fully customizeable to meet the exact needs of your membership. While these web sites will display certain fields related to members benefits, the information may not be organized or presented in a way that is easy for members to access. Additionally, the appearance of these web sites tends to fall below the level of commercial insurance or corporate benefit web sites, which often have more visual guides and better design to help their visitors find answers to their benefits questions rapidly. Overall, out of the box websites tend to communicate less effectively and give the appearance that funds do not value such communication with their members.
